Anno, a former student of Gyanoday Mangatpuram Vatika, comes from a background where she was not permitted to step outside her home independently. As a result, she had no access to formal education and struggled with basic hygiene and self-care practices.
Her life began to change when she was introduced to Gyanoday through Madamji, who encouraged her to join the Vatika. Initially, her parents were reluctant to allow her to attend, and it required persistent efforts and counseling to help them understand the importance of education. Eventually, they agreed, giving Anno the opportunity to step into a new environment.
At the Vatika, Anno gradually developed essential life skills. She learned to read and write, while also exploring creative activities such as singing and dancing. The supportive atmosphere helped build her confidence and independence. Additionally, she acquired vocational skills like stitching, enabling her to create clothes for herself and others.
Today, Anno stands as a confident individual with foundational education and practical skills, made possible through the guidance and support of Gyanoday.
