Samar Jahan, a resident of Meerut, has been associated with Gyanoday as a Career and Livelihood student for the past five years. Coming from a financially constrained background, her father’s work as a labourer meant that sustaining education was often a challenge for the family.
Her introduction to Gyanoday came during her early school years, when she enrolled at the Gyanoday Kishanpura Vatika. She spent several formative years there, benefiting from a nurturing environment that emphasized both education and personal growth. However, a change in residence forced her to discontinue attending the Vatika during a critical phase of her schooling. Despite these setbacks, her father remained determined to support her education, enabling her to complete her studies up to Class 12.
Driven by a strong aspiration to continue her academic journey, Samar once again turned to Gyanoday for support. Recognizing her determination, the organization extended a scholarship that allowed her to pursue an LLM from the Dewan VS Group of Institutions. This opportunity marked a significant milestone in her journey.
Today, Samar is actively pursuing her LLM and is also registered with the UP Bar Council, stepping confidently into the legal profession. She attributes her progress to the consistent support and encouragement provided by Gyanoday, which has empowered her to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.
