Gyanoday is taking School to those Children, particularly in rural areas and slums, who are unable to come to School. This is being done via buses, equipped with a library, modern teaching aids, sports equipment, materials for vocational training and above all, compassionate Teachers, trained to provide these children with an engaging and holistic educative experience.
During this pandemic, our team at Gyanoday realised that in order to provide education to the underprivileged children it is necessary to take the school to them. This realisation, soon turned into the idea of Schools On Wheels.
Thus, we worked hard to figure out the ways to impart holistic education to these children by the use of vehicles that would be equipped with all the modern teaching aids.
Through this initiative, we are not only imparting education but we are also able to focus on the recreational activities such as Sports and Games. Our buses do have the required equipments needed to carry out these activities as well without any hassles.
Through this initiative, we are quite sure that we will be able to impact a larger community of underprivileged children. We have been running this campaign since the past few months and the response is truly amazing.
Apart from this, imparting education to the deprived children is a noble act and Schools On Wheels have definitely empowered the team at Gyanoday to reach out to a larger mass.
